NOTICE: The New Mexico Real Estate Commission has now made clarification that those brokers who have been licensed after June 16, 2006 are not limited in any way to those courses on the Commission’s “Short List.” Those courses are recommended but not required of brokers in their first 3-Year Education Cycle as previously understood.
